For the 2023 holiday season, returnable items purchased between November 23 and December 31 can be returned until January 15, 2024
Due to an increased order volume, delivery time may take a bit longer.

After package leave our warehouse we are gonna provide you Tracking Number, so you may follow status of delivery.
Returns
You may return to our warehouse goods with which you are not satisfied within a period of 14 days (the 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order).
